The Target21 Campaign seeks to educate adults regarding the negative impact alcohol has on healthy adolescent development.Raises awareness regarding the legal consequences of furnishing alcohol to minors. Encourages businesses to help prevent youth access to alcohol. Shares current, local, accurate data regarding alcohol use among Irvine's youth
ICDP and the partners of the IPC began working to promote social norms in 2001. In 2010, funding from the STOP ACT Grant, ICDP and the HSYAT worked together to develop a comprehensive, community-wide campaign known as "PAUSE".
